Programs and guidance to build nutritional literacy in order to achieve a better understanding of nutrition. Along with training programs that are specifically designed for your goal which are updated every 4 - 6 weeks. The combination of both aspects goes hand in hand with supporting each other to achieve your desired outcome.

I am Callan Pont, 30 years of age and from the Gold Coast, Queensland, Australia.
My journey began through training at 17 years of age, and at 19 it turned into a serious passion of mine. At first, my interest in weight training was to look good, achieve a great physique and build confidence. Although it was ultimately feeling good on the inside, not just outside, that made me love and appreciate nutrition & training and what it could do for my life.
I train 5-6 days per week ranging between a mixture of weight training, callisthenics, HIIT and kickboxing. And I also have a love for outdoor activities like tennis, skateboarding, swimming and walking. It's my passion and it's my lifestyle. You can take nutrition & fitness anywhere, and it can take you anywhere.
